Quique Dacosta participates with other greats of haute cuisine in the tribute to a gastronomic critic

The chef Quique Dacosta participated this Monday night in a very special tribute. The best chefs in the world gathered in the restaurant Zaldiarán, in Vitoria, to honor the critic Rafael García Santos.

The dinner, which was officiated by a total of 19 Michelin stars and 17 Repsol soles, serves to pay tribute to what is considered the best culinary critic in Spain. García Santos has promoted Spanish gastronomy both in our country and internationally during the last 35 years, promoting countless congresses such as the 22 editions of the Author's Kitchen Congress, from Vitoria-Gasteiz, Congress of the Best of Gastronomy of San Sebastián, and the Congress in Alicante, among other activities.

Dacosta cooked together with Joan Roca, Martín Berasategui, Eneko Atxa, Bittor Arginzoniz and Patxi Eceiz an exclusive menu for 130 diners in which international chefs like the German Joachim Wissler, the Dutch Jonnie Boer, or the Spaniards Pedro Subijana, Carme Ruscalleda, participated. Nacho Manzano and Pepe Rodríguez.
