Quique Dacosta will open a restaurant in London dedicated to rice in paella

The chef Quique Dacosta He has announced one of the most ambitious projects of his career: a restaurant in London dedicated exclusively to rice in paella. As Dacosta himself progressed this Tuesday, during the Mediterranean Europe Forum breakfast that was held in Valencia, he hopes to be able to materialize it later this year.

Dacosta explained that he has been preparing this restaurant for two years, which will be located between the Oxford and Mayfair areas of the English capital. It will have capacity for 120 diners and will have a hundred employees. The three-Michelin-star chef undertakes this project together with two partners, with the aim that the benefits allow them to continue opening restaurants around the world.

During the development of the informative breakfast, Dacosta talked about his career and his commitment to the Valencian Community, and Dénia, as a gastronomic destination. And it is that the chef does not think of leaving this land. Its commitment continues to claim Dénia as a creative city of gastronomy and to be able to build "a discourse of territory".
