Puerto Natura and the Department of Infrastructure signed the concession of the Port Station Dénia

Today the signing the contract-award of the works of the Dénia Port Station. Both part of the contract, on the one hand the Department of Infrastructure, Transport and Environment and on the other the company Puerto Natura, have signed the various papers that account for the agreement in the plenary hall of the Dénia City Council under the watchful eye of the local government team led by Ana Kringe. This agreement forms the first formula of public-private partnership port area in Valencia.

This grant maintain a fee € 850.000 year the company will pay the institution, which means that the completion of the works is competition, from this morning, of Puerto Natura will invest 9.500.000€ in that work. The port station will be a mix between artistic architecture and civil infrastructure. It will basically consist of two pavilions, one closed and the other outdoors, both covered and roofed. The enclosure will be air-conditioned and covered with glass so that people can enjoy, during the time they wait at the station, the views that are offered from the upper parts. The open will allow the specific days of the year with more traffic that people, despite waiting from outside, can enjoy a shade to shelter.

It is hoped by all parties that the works are completed for Easter 2012.
