First step for the immunization of schools and Social Services of the Marina Alta

The vaccination process in the Marina Alta and the entire Valencian Community takes a new giant step. After the sudden stop that led to the precautionary suspension of the administration of the AstraZeneca vaccine last week, immunization has been resumed today between two of the most essential groups: Education and Social Services.

Mass vaccination process in the Marina Alta

From 13:00 this Friday, the Dénia Youth building, where Llunàtics classes take place, has become the scene of the first mass vaccination of the Marina Alta. During the next few days, the workers of the educational centers of the region will approach the place to receive the first dose of the coronavirus vaccine.

In addition, the vaccination of all Social Services personnel of the Marina Alta has also begun this morning in the same place.

It is expected that by next week the majority of workers in both sectors will have been vaccinated with this first dose, in order to complete the immunization before the end of the first half of 2021.
