Budgets 2012: Tourism increases by 2%, Culture and Urbanism decrease

Councilor for Culture, Tourism, and Public Works and Urban Planning, Pepa Font, yesterday analyzed the budgets of their areas, all down except tourism, which increases to the 1.280.000 euros.

Font has highlighted the 60.000 euros for the refurbishment of the building of the bottom of the Plaza del Consell, which on the ground floor house a complementary point of tourist information on the main office and on the first floor, a space of cultural diffusion on the historic center of Dénia.

As for the areas of Urbanism and Housing, the budget drops an 2,17% to the 4.555.000 euros.
