Preserving the memory of the Agulló pastry shop, an example of the work of these four years

During the morning of Wednesday, coinciding with the news of the Revalidation of UNESCO's Creative City of Gastronomy recognition for 4 years, a team from the Office of Innovation and Creativity has met with the owners of the Agulló pastry shop to visit the old workshop, closed for a few months.

The visit aimed to catalog the traditional instruments that it treasures, in addition to interviewing the pastry chef, Pepa Agulló, and collecting images (videos and photographs) of this place, with a centuries-old history and a reference for many generations of dianenses.
