Llibret presentation of Falla Saladar

Last Thursday he debuted the new llibret full Falla Saladar, Act with which the account is incia parties back to San Jose. The event brought together about a hundred people, among which were the Falleras Over Denia Sobrecases and Ainhoa ​​Anna Flores, accompanied by the president of Local Board Jaume Bertomeu and by the party councilman Paco Arnau.

An issue this year, the team led by Charly Martí and Manolo Catalán, wanted to devote to films made in Dénia, all those films shot in our city and are part of the history of a people. To do Antoni Reig and Miquel Crespo, co-authors of the book "Dénia, film ciutat" (2004) and collection "La Rosaleda day", they link ten emblematic places of our city with the different films shot in Dénia. In 2008 were the promoters and curators of the exhibition "The Captain Jones Dénia" (1993-1996) and documentary "Hollywood, Capital Dénia" (2010)

It also collaborates in this year Romu Soler, visible head of the Cine-Club and author of the documentary Pessic "Hollywood, Capital Dénia" (2010), which chronicles the evolution of our town over the past 60 years through film shoots that have been made here.

From the historical point of view, Vicent Martí, Jaume Sau historian and art historian, discover the similarities and historical mistakes films made in Dénia. They carry on the blog historiadenia.wordpress.com. To close the cinema section, who better than Jaume Bayarri, screenwriter and director of television series such as "Les Moreres", "family Negocis" allegedly shot in Denia, "L'Alqueria Blanca".

The wonderful photographs of Manuel González accompany a small retrospective of the previous year, accompanied by thoughts of Santi Cambra, president of the Falla Saladar 2011.

Falleros new generations have also contributed their bit, and young journalism students as Irene Alonso and Andrea Villas, contributing two stories full of falleros feelings. Andrea Sánchez, Faller since birth of Falla Saladar, has given us a cover made entirely by hand, completely handmade, which collects the most significant of each of the posters of the films made in Dénia details.

During the presentation of llibret "Dénia, càmera, acció!" Antoni Reig, Miquel Crespo and Romu Soler prepared a video where Dénia could be seen as it was in the movies, commenting on details and memories that delighted everyone present.

To close the ceremony, Juanma Lopez, president of the Saladar Falla, accompanied by the Fallera Mayor, MªLuisa Gema Bisquert, and children charges, Irene Gema Yago Lopez and Martin, they thanked all employees for the great llibret they had prepared.
