CC Portal de la Marina A campaign for the collection of solidary clothing began a month ago, in which 1 € per person was given for each piece of clothing donated. Once finished the campaign Portal de la Marina has delivered the clothes to the Red Cross and Cáritas.
Throughout a month, the solidarity action "In autumn we are recycling" has allowed NGOs to receive more than 100 boxes of clothing.
In addition, from the 22 of October to the 22 of November, Portal de la Marina has delivered a total of 13.000 euros to the people who have participated, contributing their garments. The number of participants has been 2.500, these have received discount vouchers from 0,5 to 1 € per piece in exchange, to be redeemed at Portal de la Marina stores.
The generosity of the customers is what has made it possible for more than 100 boxes and thousands of garments to be gathered. The shopping center, Cáritas and Cruz Roja, in addition to all those who can enjoy the clothes collected in this action, thank the customers for their solidarity.
