The program returns with the month of October Family Activities, which invites young and old to share cultural, artistic and environmental proposals Sunday mornings. Next week, the Tarannà Teatre group will begin broadcasting to Dénia schools so that children can inform their families about all the 22 activities they can enjoy together until May 2026.
A consolidated campaign
Family Activities is one of veteran campaigns of the City Council of Culture. Operating since 2003, it has expanded its offering with the collaboration of various municipal departments.
Thus, to the cultural activities on Sunday mornings in the Social Center, have been added excursions by natural landscapes and heritage sites of Dénia and the sessions of cinema in Valencian.
On the part of Culture, four theatrical performances have been scheduled, one of dance contemporary, one circus and three musical performances.
El , It will be brought by two Valencian companies, JM Gestión Teatral, with their show "Click" on sustainability, and Combinats, with «Plum! The true story of the lead solder»; the Manacor group, La Fornal, with the work «Grumic, a late sleep», Audience Award at the Sala Russafa in Valencia; and Spasmo Teatro in Salamanca, with the play «Bugs» of gestural humor.
From the company Infinit is the circus proposal «Nilu», which also includes The music Live, magic and theater to reflect on the need to protect the treasure that is water.
Dance, music, cinema and excursions
As for the dance, it will be performed «B122. A Little Girl's Journey», inspired in "The little Prince".
And the musical performances will be in charge of the Youth Band of the Dénia Musical Artistic Group, the students of the Conservatori Tenor Cortis and the musical «Fabulant».
As for guided tours, the Archaeological Museum proposes five exits: to the Torre del Gerro, an urban route through the port heritage, the hermitages route, an urban route to discover the city's most emblematic buildings and the Cova de l'Aigua.
The film will be presented by the Department of Language Normalization, which will screen three children's films in Valencian at the Social Center: Inside Out 2, «Super Mario Bros» y "The Guardian of the Dragon".
And the walks organized by Ecological Transition, five in total, will visit spaces such as the Cova Ampla del Montgó or Bosc Diana.
