Good weekend for the UC Montgó-Ulb cycling team that managed last weekend the sub-championship of Spain BTT in the Master 50 category thanks to its runner Pepe Domenech. The test was held in the town of El Atazar in Madrid.
The winner and champion of Spain was another local cyclist, Luis Bollaín, CC Bernia Xalò. His total time was 29: 15.209, Domenech marked a record of 29: 19.942. The third place was for the Galician, Carlos Taboas that realized a total time of 30: 39.006.
Ciclocros test
On the other hand the cycling team Dianense went to the town of L'novanova to participate in another test. The representatives of the UC Montgó-Ulb, did not go unnoticed, his fry Raquel Perez, managed a second place in the classification of female fry. In addition, it was among the top ten classified in the category queen.
Alejandro Seguí was tenth in the Elite category. Paco Moll and Javier Almela managed to finish the test in the respective categories in which the fast pace was the highlight. This was the first scoring test for the "Cyclocrós Challenge of the Valencian Community" and this caused some anxiety among all the participants.
