The chef Pep Romany, from the restaurant Pont Sec of Dénia, and the orange varieties of the Hort Obert y Organic Tangerine, closed the edition of en Christmas Menja't la Marina.

The chef recommended consumers to know and consume the different varieties of orange, ceasing to use the general concept of "orange" when buying and consuming this fruit. Romany gave as an example that at the time of ordering a wine is no longer asked in a general way, asking for the specific variety that they want to consume, a fact that should also happen when ordering, buying and consuming oranges.

In Nadal, Menja't la Marina In the Mercat Municipal, local and seasonal products were presented at the Mercat de Dénia during the Christmas holidays. The bell "Menja't la Marina", Had as its objective the promotion of the commercialization of the product of proximity and its traditional varieties.

In three days, products such as perelló, almonds and oranges were unveiled, all just picked and grown in the region of La Marina Alta.

The activity was promoted by the Office of Innovation and Creativity, and is part of the Dénia & Marina Alta Tastinglife Action Plan of the Creative City of Gastronomy. In addition, the City Council of Dénia, the Vall d'Ebo, the Vall d'Alcalà, the CDT of Dénia, IES María Ibars and the Hospitality and Tourism Association of the Marina Alta have collaborated.

    I mentrestant els veins of carrer Ondara and bottle printing will access als seus domicilis utilitzant llanternes per no tindre enllumenat in l'acabat de, i perf asfaltada, carrer Ondara.
