The most terrifying night of the year is approaching, and Dénia is going to celebrate it, again, in style. The October 31 is celebrated Halloween, the Anglo-Saxon festivity that has already been installed among us. And this year, again, the tunnel of the castle it will become the Tunnel of Terror again.
On this occasion, the Tunnel of Terror will change its route: the brave who cross it will enter through the area of Ronda de las Murallas. In the Juventud building a terrifying circuit will be created by different themed rooms before accessing the tunnel, to end in the Plaza del Consell.
As in previous years, there will be two different routes. At 17: 00 hours will open the tunnel for the little ones, who will be able to enjoy it up to the 19: 30 hours. From the 22: 00 hours, the route will be adapted to the older ones, starting at 14 years, who can access up to the 00: 30 hours.
From the Department of Youth that directs Cristina Morera They have stressed the importance of having children under 14 years of age accompanied by an adult.
On the occasion of the preparations for the setting of the tunnel, it will be closed to the public from the 10 hours on Wednesday 31 in October. Likewise, the workshops and activities that take place in the Youth facilities will be suspended that day in the afternoon.
Horror film series
This year, as a novelty, from the Department of Youth have scheduled a series of scary movies that will be screened the previous days in the building of Youth.
Friday 26, at 20: 30 hours, will be screened File Warren (The Sorcery). On Saturday 27, at 22: 00 hours, will be screened The orphanage. The morning session of Sunday 28, at 11: 00 hours, will be borne by Coco; and it will end the cycle with the projection of It Sunday at 19: 00 hours.
Finally, within the leisure program Dissabtes Joves, designed by the Youth Council for young people from 13 to 17 years, the afternoon of Saturday 27 in October, from 19.30 hours and up to 22 hours, will be held in the Classroom 0 of the Youth facilities activities related to Halloween, such as a horror makeup workshop and other bloody meals. Participants can take the dinner and Youth invites them to a drink or water drink.
