2015 election campaign allowed us to meet, to those who had the pleasure to meet you, Fran. Throughout the campaign we instilled much spirit and willingness to work and fight for our project, as it has continued doing during these almost 2 years and as continues today.
Having people like Fran next to you is a luxury. He is a man of great virtues that grows in adversity, which continues to infuse courage, that pushes you all the time to move forward and always with a real and very nice smile, and if no personal interest in the subject.
Fran has made a complicated and difficult decision, very difficult, but accurate, considering her current family situation. And all this has been done with great sincerity, great kindness and leaving us all very clear that we can count on him for everything, and without conditions.
Life teaches us many things and often surprises us with situations that we do not choose and we do not understand why we happen. And, even in these cases, Fran has given us a great lesson in courage. That shows the greatness that has as a person and as a companion.
We are very fortunate to have in our lives with a person: cheerful, sincere, very noble, with great courage and that fills us with courage every day. It is a luxury that people like that exist in the world and is a luxury and a privilege that one of those people part of our lives.
