Restraining order against the local policeman who wore a shirt with the slogan "Maricona" against Javier Scotto

January 26 from 2018 - 14: 06

The court of instruction number 3 of Dénia has dictated this Tuesday an order of distance against the local police of Dénia by means of which it is prohibited him to approach the councilman of citizen security, Javier Scotto. According to the Europa Press agency, this order is issued after the homophobic comments that the agent poured on his social networks against the councilor, and after wearing a shirt that could read "Mar i Cona" during the plenary session held in the City Council last December.

What happened in that plenary was not the first encounter of the accused. Months before, when he opted for sexual diversity painting a pedestrian crossing with the colors of the rainbow, in 2016, the agent insulted Scotto through his profile in social networks. At that time, Scotto, the City Council and the Mayor of the Local Police, José Martínez Espasa, filed a complaint against this agent.

After the full month of December, Scotto denounced the facts again and it is now when this restraining order has been issued. It should be noted that the agent, spokesman for one of the police unions, has been out of work for months.

Yesterday, the plenary session of the Municipality of Dénia showed, in a unanimous way, its rejection to the signs of hatred for sexual identity.

And this madman was or is he Local Police? Well, don't see the level. With so many unemployed people who could occupy their position with sufficient dignity… have you been suspended from employment and salary? They should do it now! It is not only a matter of the Court
