To my 23 years, it is a privilege to be the youngest of the candidacy of the Socialists of Dénia and an active part of the team Vicent Grimalt. Vicent and I have known each other all our lives. I met him when I was a kid in the band who started with the enthusiasm to execute the first box rolls and he was the President. Vicent demonstrated to us at that time his great capacity of management, his decision making from an attitude of consensus, his worth to carry out any project that was put forward, as were the concerts with the North American director Robert Smith, the trip to Korea, to accompany Lluis Llach in two concerts before his retirement. Successes that will be recorded in the history of Dianan culture.
Now, 10 years later, I am proud to belong to the movement of change that leads: Dénia is awake. A project that is much more than an election campaign. It is not Vicent's project, nor that of the Socialists. It is the Dénia project, the one that our neighbors have transmitted to us through the participatory days, the exits to the street and the “door to door” carried out within innovative participatory initiatives such as' A prop teu 'or' Parlant s 'Understand the people'. A series of actions with a single objective. And no, it is not only to win the elections on May 24. The objective was to be next to the neighbors, who transmitted their complaints, their concerns firsthand. Problems that we all live every day. With this, we have developed the best possible program for Dénia, which adjusts to the priorities that the inhabitants of Dénia have.
The dianenses are honest and simple people do not want big projects. We want to walk around without stumble Dénia with the holes in the sidewalks, enjoying a clean city. The same want those who choose Dénia as a resting place. That's our Denia, Denia that's the future.
Another Dénia is possible. Another Dénia is necessary. To do this, we must awaken from the lethargy of 7 years in which we have the right of Pepa Font y Ana Kringe. Now they want to disguise themselves as new winds, but the fatigue that is seen in the eyes that hide behind their mask is too evident.
