The new asphalting of the cemetery road will facilitate the special operation for the All Saints' Day

27 October 2017 - 08: 02

The Local Police of Dénia has designed a special operation for the festival of Tots Sants with the aim of ensuring a safe and fluid access to the cemetery of both vehicles and people who go on foot during these days.

This year the main novelty lies in the works carried out to improve the road, thanks to which the Camí del Cementeri will be open to traffic in both directions of traffic.

The operation will be active on 29, 30 and 31 days in October and November 1. These dates, there will be police presence from the 8 in the morning until the 18.30 hours, closing time of the cemetery. Specifically, each of these days will be allocated two agents to the morning shift and two to the afternoon shift.

To ensure the safety of pedestrians, the Local Police will have cones that channel the passage of pedestrians in front of the Carrefour hypermarket and in front of the entrance of the cemetery and will have an agent in each of the points to regulate this pedestrian traffic.

It should be remembered that the areas public parking available are the rear parking lot of the cemetery (approximately 60 spaces) and the cordon parking area at the front access to the cemetery (with around 20 spaces).
