The FB Children's Team A. Dénia participated in the "XXVII International Children Tournament Gignac", in the town of Gignac in the immediate vicinity of Marseille. In this tournament teams from France, Italy, Belgium and Dénia took part representing Spain.
The dianenses is framed in group B, next to Olimpique Marseille, with which lost 4-1, Arles-Avignon (2-1 won) and the Macon (1-1), leaving out the final phase A by goals, after tying on points with Macon but with worse golaverage.
In the consolation phase B, the dianenses were in first position (9º in the general) after winning in the quarterfinals by 3-0 at Martigues, in semifinal B at Gignac 1-1 and victory in penalties and in the consolation final to Bastia by 2-0. It should be noted that the player Mike Cevallo was 2 º classified in the trophy Pichichi.
The team consisted of David and Rober (goalkeepers), Morote, Joan, Pupi, Piñero, Borja, Marc, Ismael, Javi, Pepe, Xavi, Carles, Alex, Mike, Elian, Aitor, Mario and as a coach was Miguel Garcia de la Reina.
