On such a special day as the March 8, "International Women's Day", CFS Dianense Futsal announces the formation of a women's team to play in the Autonomic League.

In the presentation of this new team were present the mayor of Equality, Elisabeth Cardona, The deputy mayor, Rafa Carrió and the president of the Dianense club, José Luis Mengual. This is one of the first initiatives that the club and the council of sports, undertake with the aim of promoting female sport at school age.

The creation of this women's team to compete in federated competition was one of the objectives set by the leaders of the CFS Dianense Futsal. The head of the women's section is Gema Aledo, the club's manager, who faces this challenge with the utmost enthusiasm. Its function will be to coordinate the women's team and serve as a link between the staff and the board.

The club was founded last August by a group of parents of the Municipal School of Futsal, which coordinates Mengual, with the aim of consolidating a strong and lasting structure for the coming years. His first step was the creation of a male senior team formed, mostly, by players who had passed through the Municipal School.

Laura S. Ribes first incorporation

Laura S. Ribes was presented as the first incorporation of the club for the women's team. This player started in the Municipal School at the age of 6 years and has gone through the different categories to cadets.

The player, who in a few months will be 17 years, is still closely linked to the Municipal School, where she performs the functions of second coach and delegate in one of their teams, the Alevín "B".
