Miquel Ruiz, who participates for the second year in the initiative, has assured that he will present the day of his exhibition equipped with a knife to clean the fish, oil and salt and, without knowing what fish he will use as the basis for its preparation, he will choose "Among the genre that day". His intention, he pointed out, "It is to help people to know how to use discarded fish, which is more humble but not worse".
