Deserved recognition to Alex Pella and Lalou Multi for their Ibiza-Dénia record

May 06 from 2022 - 13: 32

Last night, the Marina and Tourist Marina Dénia experienced the delivery of the trophy to Alex Pella and the Lalou Multi team for their feat breaking the record time on the Ibiza-Dénia route. In 2 hours, 14 minutes and 44 seconds, the Arkema trimaran reached the same level as the Fast Ferry, with 0 emissions and a 100% recyclable trimaran.

“It has been a very important moment for our marina and it is a pleasure and an honor to be able to celebrate with this team the achievement of the Ibiza-Dénia record, in a time that it will take for someone to break it. Given the importance that this event has for us, we wanted our friend, the sculptor Toni Marí, to be the one who made the trophy. A work that reflects the artistic image of the Marina Dénia lighthouse”, assured Gabriel Martínez, captain-director of Marina Dénia.

Toni Marí was in charge of delivering the trophy to the Arkema team. For their part, Alex Pella and the rest of the team thanked them for the signs of affection received throughout this week during their stay in Dénia. “Once again, many thanks to Marina Dénia for the impeccable organization of the record and congratulations to Toni Marí for the trophy, which is truly cool and in which we will put our name with the reference time”, commented Alex Pella.
