The casal of West fails gathered this weekend to fifty of falleros and friends who did not want to miss one of the most anticipated gastronomic appointments of the year: the day of cous cous. On this occasion, the elaboration of the food was carried out by the friends of the major fallera, Rosa Pastor, with Jorge Silvestre leading the cooking team.
