More than 1.500 motorcycles and 150 classic vehicles at the end of the Fira de Fires de Ondara

Last Sunday the Fira 2017 Fira de Ondara organized by the City Council of Ondara, through the Department of Economic Promotion and Commerce, after three intense weekends with various trade shows that attracted thousands of people to Ondara.

On this occasion, this last weekend of November has been staged this Sunday by the XIV Matinal Motera (organized by Ondara Custom Club), the XIV Concentration of Classic Vehicles, the Gastronomic Tasting of the Prado and the novelty of the Mercat de la Terra i Crafts. In addition, this last weekend continued the fair of attractions and the gastronomic fair.

The Mayor of Ondara and responsible for Economic Promotion and Trade, José Ramiro, and members of the municipal corporation, made the visit to the Prado on Sunday morning, and thanked the restaurateurs who had a presence at the event for their participation. In addition, José Ramiro thanked the Ondara Custom Club for the organization of the Matinal Motera and the concerts and performances that have been offered over the weekend on the stage set up next to the Prado, which have been very well received by the public. As for the Mercat de la Terra, he indicated that it was very profitable, "we saw the handmade and organic products that are made in the region"; and the concerts were very popular; in addition, the Festers Soledad 2018 also put on the bar on Saturday.

La 14ª edition of the Matinal Motera took place yesterday, organized by the City Council of Ondara and the Ondara Custom Club. More 1.500 motorcycles came, which were parked on Doctor Fleming Avenue and the adjacent streets. The bikers went yesterday to Ondara, in a staggered way throughout the morning, coming from all the Comunitat Valenciana, and even from outside.

La XIV Classic Vehicle Concentration it was developed, like last year, in the Avenida de Alicante. In this concentration 150 classic vehicles, and 40 motorcycles, from all points of the Region participated.

The novelty of the weekend was the Mercat de la Terra i Artesania of the 25 Saturday of November, with the installation of the product stalls (with traditional, handmade and ecological elaboration) within the Prado, and with children's activities and games in the morning and in the afternoon. Within the Mercat de la Terra, the Local Board of AECC also set up its petition table.

In his balance of the Fira de Fires of Ondara 2017, José Ramiro has affirmed that it has been very positive; who are satisfied with the significant number of visits that Ondara has had during the month of November; and that the fair has been a benefit for the municipality and for its shops, bars, restaurants and local establishments, being an excellent local showcase, emphasizing that the events held during the three weeks have had a very good response from the residents of Ondara and other points in the region. The Fira de Fires, for the Mayor has been very positive because "A sample of our commerce and our gastronomy has been exhibited at the county level; of what we are and want to be".
