The highest representatives of the Fallas festival in Dénia, Patricio Marta and Rocio Tabernero, traveled last weekend to Sagunto, where the city proclaimed and extolled their elders Fallas, Ana Martínez and Esther Bosc.
A thousand people filled the Roman theater in the city to see how new Falleras Seniors receiving the Masclets d'or honorific and the insignia of the Local Board Fallera that certifies them as such.
The event was attended by representatives of Local Boards of Buñol, Turis, Alzira, Torrente, Burriana and Gandia, and representatives of Castellón, Valencia and Alicante.
