Ludai enlists the help of the municipalities of the region to continue to serve its users

With 25 users currently and more than twenty waiting list, Ludai needs to cope with the care of all children who are part of the center are increasing. And nights as the lived on Saturday at the annual dinner celebrating the association serve to bring together those who help but also to vindicate needs to go ahead with the project.

The president of the center, Jessica Romero, acknowledged that the situation is "worrying", since the financing of the center (workers, rental expenses, electricity, water, maintenance ...) runs from your account. The Department subsidizes ten of those places, but the money does not arrive on time.

That is why from the center they carry out actions that help them to take the project forward, such as the recently launched sponsorships, through which any person can sponsor a child from the center and collaborate with the grant of their treatments and therapies.

And that given that each therapy sessions offered by the center are at very low prices (hovering around 20 euros), but as the president said, "The economic situation of many families does not even allow them to meet these expenses".

The annual dinner of the association is a good time to get together and remember the achievements of each year, but also to collect money. In this year 250 few people participated. All of them were paid an entrance and dinner thanks to the collaboration of different social and festive entities that provided food to share. But there were also raffle with donated by several local businesses and envelopes surprise that attendees could buy to help the cause objects.

Among the attendees we could see parents of users, political representatives of Citizens and PSOE, with the mayor at the head; and hundreds of people who wanted to be part of one of the most important nights for the team that works in Ludai.

All to help the children who are part of Ludai, who also had their moment of prominence in the projection of a small video of thanks to all the people that make it possible for Ludai to move forward.
