The player of Dénia Básquet, Lucía Tomás Moreno, was chosen as the best player in the Autonomic Women's League. An award that the player received during the annual gala organized by the Valencian Basketball Federation. An event that took place in La Nucia, where the Federation awards different awards to the most outstanding clubs and players of the season.
The award established since last season is given by vote of the participating clubs in each of the competitions which gives greater value if possible to the distinction granted by the recognition that is on the part of the rival teams.
Lucia Tomás, is a player who has gone through different teams in the region; Vergel, Ondara and Pego, until in the present campaign he joined the discipline of Dénia Básquet Club. She is a player who brings together her talent as a player, with her way of being, something that makes her a beloved girl for the group of teammates, of all the teams where she has played.
His team played the Autonomic phase framed in one of the most complicated groups that would end up leaving the League Champion, staying at the door of the qualifying rounds despite the many problems that have surrounded the team during the course.
This award rewards the player but also all her teammates for the effort made and encourages them to move forward in the immediate future with an exciting new season to come.
