The commemoration of the International Day Against Gender Violence in Dénia, the next November 25, already has an image. This year, the jury of the poster contest has chosen Luchía, the superhero who will fight against this scourge under the slogan "A pels malvats".
The drawing is a creation of Lucía Gómez, a student of 13 years of 3.º of ESO of the IES number 3, awarded in the category of Secondary and Basic Vocational Training, which has been a winner along with Not one less, of Tiegan Van Klaarwater Hunter, of 16 years, student of 1.º of artistic Baccalaureate of the IES Historian Chabàs, in the category of Bachelor and Training Cycles.
Both designs will illustrate the poster announcing and the programming prepared by the Department of Equality for this year.
The jury of this edition of the contest, integrated by Susana García, licensed in Fine Arts, Cristina Morera, Councilor for Social Welfare, Mª José Martí, Equality Officer, Elisabet Cardona, Councilor for Equality and Empar Serer, responsible for the Legal Aid Service for women of the City Council of Dénia, has considered, given her interest, to grant an accésit to the poster entitled Campoamor, by Lucía Poyato Sala, student of school Paidos, already the work Ravenclaw, by Scarlet Melanie Pero Noriega, student of 1.º of Bachiller of the IES number 3.
The awards ceremony of the contest will take place next November 20, at 18 hours, in the House of Culture of Dénia, coinciding with the opening of the exhibition of the works presented to this edition of the contest.
