The nursing staff of the chronic hospital of La Pedrera has demonstrated on the morning of 9 on November in the doors of the center to protest against the decision of the management to end the shifts of 12 hours in favor of 7 shifts hours that they want to establish from now on.
Several dozen workers have gathered to show their disagreement with this decision of the center protesting to the sound of a cacerolada because they believe that the 12 shifts that are currently being applied are "more beneficial for all, patients and workers".
The protest has been supported by downtown workers and union Comisiones Obreras.
