Scouts de la Comunitat closed down in Dénia intense weekend

The Scout coexistence, which celebrated in Dénia the feast of its patron, Sant Jordi, closed yesterday with enormous success. More than 1.300 Scouts invaded the streets of the city with games, expeditions, and above all a great atmosphere of coexistence.

Yesterday morning they celebrated their closure at the Scout base, where all the participants gathered. The awards ceremony was given to the best works presented by each section, and Dénia was the big winner, taking them all.

In addition, a souvenir was given to two representatives of the LUDAI Association, who will receive financial assistance thanks to the collaboration of the Scouts, who will allocate one euro of each registration to the cause, in addition to the money collected in the rallies that one of the troops made for the neighborhoods of Denia collecting money from shops.

The event was attended by the president of the Federation of Scouts of the Valencian Community and General Director of the Valencian Institute for Youth, Adrián Ballester. The day ended with a giant paella for all attendees.
