Associated Center of the UNED in Dénia has started its series of debates, with which aims to give visibility to student actions enhancing relations with the environment and the participation of the university community.
The first topic discussed was the problem of forest fires and environmental movements. Jaume Tortosa, coordinator of university extension courses at UNED Dénia, has been responsible for leading the talk, which participated as speakers Andrés López, one of the student organizers of the cycle, and Pau Soler, documentary filmmaker and activist environmental.
After the presentations of the participants, a small face discussion with participation of students, as well as through online chat took place. Students who have done this activity may have been Marianne López and Angel Lopez, who have moderated respectively forum online and the face.
The next round of the UNED Debates will be held on Friday, March 31 with the theme: free education. A new way of educating. It will be from the 19 hours in the Associated Center of the UNED Dénia.
