Opposition groups unite to demand a report on the legality of the suspension of licenses

The opposition groups of the Dénia City Council, Party, the coalition Gent of Dénia - Center Unificat and the Ciudadanos group, have come together for the first time this legislature to demand, jointly from the Secretary of the City Council, a report on the suspension of urban planning licenses that was approved in the extraordinary plenary session on October 18.

As they point out in a joint statement, you want to know "If there is a new license suspension within the current legislation, taking into account that on June 28, 2012, such suspension already occurred, which was subsequently replaced in an Extraordinary Plenary dated January 8, 2013, without any after 5 years, as well as what areas were affected in the different suspensions of previous licenses and the current one of October 18 ".

The suspension of urban licenses in different points of the municipal area was approved by the government team, formed by PSOE y Compromís, together with the councilors not attached Antonio Losada and Alexander Roderkirchen. From the government team justify this suspension for the incompatibility that could exist with the PGE, with the objective of "not jeopardize the materialization of the proposals we are considering in the preparation of the General Structural Plan", as the councilor of territory MªJosep Ripoll explained.
