The second day of the Valencian Basketball League has left a good taste for dianenses teams, since they all won in their matches with excellent results.
The Junior Female Dénia Básquet 00 won the CB Pedreguer by 50-49 in a match tremendously matched marked by the lack of success facing the ring of both teams still in full preseason. The victory of the diansenses was obtained in the extension, although it could have gone also to the rival marker.
The Men's Junior team showed a great effort in defense given the bad offensive day they experienced, but they were still able to impose themselves on CB Ondara in their feud for 44-49. The game left the bad news of the injury of the Vicentian Vicent Sapena.
The Dénia Basquet 99 won the Ifach Calpe by 35-64, with a Dénia that was able to mark a remarkable distance on the scoreboard from the start of the match. The Senior Men Zonal, meanwhile, played two matches in the day that resulted in two victories. The first, played on Saturday 17 against Benissa A ended with a score of 62-68, while the second match, against CB Pego, ended with a resounding 73-41 in favor of dianenses.
Finally, the Autonomic Male Senior thrashed Joventut Xàbia by 44-81 in a game with great comfort for Dianenses visitors, who go ahead with their preparation for a season that is guessed important by the sensations that the group is leaving on the court day by day.
