Last week the last Board of Directors of the Federation of the Business Circle of the Marina Alta star with two issues on the table broadband in the region and the General Plan.

According to Dietz, "If we want to turn this region into a leading center of innovation and creativity, a smart-city, we will have to start thinking about these types of services as priorities, at the same level as many other infrastructures without which development is not conceived today".

Another issue that procupa especially entrepreneurs of the region is the delay in approving the General Plan, because it generates "Legal uncertainty is that Dénia, capital of the Marina Alta, lacks a General Urban Planning Plan". According to the entrepreneur, "This means that potential investors go to other regions, thereby losing direct and indirect jobs in the Marina Alta as well as potential income in the coffers of the Dianense City Council".

And the Cercle Empresarial does not understand "the continuous and absurd delays that the processing of this planning document is undergoing, which is basic not only for the sector itself, but for the entire citizenry, so it would entail new necessary infrastructure such as perimeter rounds or incorporation again dotacional soil ".
