The drawings of Lluna and Rubén become the uniforms of the pediatrics of the Hospital de Dénia

May 13 from 2019 - 15: 56

Pediatricians and nurses from the Department of Health of Dénia -DSD- premiere today new jackets designed by children of the Marina Alta, coinciding with the International Day of Hospitalized Children.

The new uniforms are the result of the contest launched last year by Marina Salud under the motto: We take care of you and you paint us, in which around fifty children of the region participated, with ages between 8 -12 years.

Last July, a jury composed of DSD professionals met: Luis Carretero, Managing Director; Alfredo Moreno, Director of Care and Services; Josep Mut, Head of Pediatrics; Gloria Escortell; responsible for lingerie; Alejandro Görnemann, member of the Communication Department and Ana Moreno, assistant of the cuidArt program.

The jury chose the drawings made by Lluna Álvarez Bertomeu and Rubén Nieto Pérez, both from 9 years. Some of the elements of these creations have served to design the new jackets, which are released today. The small artists have been invited to the presentation of the new uniformity and have been able to recognize pieces of their drawings in different places of the uniforms.

At the noon, the children admitted to the pediatric hospitalization floor have also received a visit from a magician, who has surprised them and drawn a smile.

Beautiful . In all the senses happy caskets for the sight of the infirm.
A way to value the creativity of these children.
