The internal conflicts in the Nursing Home are more than evident. The union delegate pours his opinions weekly in the press, and the workers are divided as to what goes on inside. After hearing the opinion of a group of workers and the union delegates, now it is another group of workers who gives us their opinion:
1- A group of workers of the nursing Santa Lucia de Dénia, have the shamelessness to sign as workers Residencia Santa Lucia de Dénia. And obviously they do not represent all workers. Probably not represent or themselves, they lack value. What if they represent, as evidenced by this writing is that they are sold to power.
2- Is free, very serious and very serious public complaints do not prove anything. It is well known that the moral and mobbing occurs linearly and top-down; ie in what head fits a worker harassment can refer to a boss? From here we denounce the opposite. 5- Regarding the discretion that the union delegate is asked to deal with the personal affairs of the workers and residents, it should be said that whoever feels aggrieved should know that he has the means to resolve this situation, and it is none other than the Human Resources office of the City Council and especially in the courts, because you should know that infamy, Slander and harassment are punishable by law.
