Friday will be held in the Hospital de DéniaThe final vote to decide the projects that the Fundació Dénia It financed aid 3.000 euros in social, cultural and sports areas.
Money financing, raised entirely by employees of the Foundation, aims to encourage actions that can benefit society through citizen collaboration.
The 9 finalists will have five minutes to present their projects, and will be employees of the Foundation who will ultimately decide the projects to benefit from the help of 3.000 euros.
The finalists in each category are:
Sport Category:
- Dénia Rugby Club: sports medical project for athletes of Denia Rugby Club base teams.
- Living the Difference: Awareness Day on sport and disability.
- psychomotor: Project Psychomotor work with older people.
Cultural Category:
- Grup de Reull: Compilation book of the works carried out by the Grup de Reüll in the region of La Marina Alta on the occasion of its 20th anniversary.
- Retrobament coast: Audiovisual project, contribution of knowledge of the neighboring territories of the Pitiusas Islands and the Marina Alta.
- The Gallinera, per camins Moriscos i mallorquins: study of the history and the natural environment of the territory d ela Vall de Gallinera.
Social category:
- APROSDECO: project for reform of local Leisure Club activities and leisure programs for people with intellectual disabilities who have no other resources for leisure and free time.
- AECC: Prisological care service for cancer patients and their families, providing information and advice on the different phases and emotional reactions and home care.
- Condemned to Curb Association: Project to integrate with leisure and sport for people with disabilities.
