Citizens can send, via email, their questions to the ordinary plenary session

21 September 2020 - 17: 00

The Dénia City Council has reported that due to the current situation caused by COVID-19, the holding of plenary sessions continue to be carried out electronically, so to facilitate citizen participation and in order to guarantee the public nature of the Plenary sessions that are broadcast live through YouTube, anyone who wishes to ask a question to the Plenary, may do so through an email addressed to: alcaldia@ayto-denia.es

This action is contemplated in the Organic Regulation of Participation of the Dénia City Council. Thus, all citizens, of legal age, may submit requests and / or questions for the ordinary session of the Plenary, provided that they refer to the topics of interest and the municipal scope.

The only requirements will be the identification of the citizen with name and surname and DNI / NIE number and the clear and concise presentation of the question addressed to the Plenary. All questions addressed to the Plenary must be sent by email before 14:19 pm on the day of the Ordinary Plenary session, which generally takes place on the last Thursday of the month, at XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.

As reported by the consistory: all questions submitted within the specified period will be read and answered once the plenary session is over.
