The marina Marina de Denia It has been the scene this week of a Newfoundland dog show marine salvage which has had viewers exception: students of IES 3 Denia number who could see firsthand the important work of these animals.
The day began in the middle, to the members of the Rescue Mare Nostrum moved to make an introductory talk about the importance of Newfoundland dogs. Later, in the marina, they could see an exhibition of the different styles of mock rescue that can perform these dogs and formulas covering lifeguards, surfboards and rescue group.
Director Marina de Denia, Gabriel Martínez said "It is a main purpose for Marina de Denia to try to make young people know and participate in the culture of the sea and the values of its people".
