Orange alert rains in the northern part of the coast of Alicante has become effective and during the morning and early afternoon have fallen in Dénia about 40 liters per square meter have caused several problems in the most troubled areas of the city .

Flooding in camí of Llavador

Camí del Llavador has had to be cut off to traffic because of the amount of water accumulated in the area, which was overflowing through sewers. The Camí de la Bota has also been cut and there have been some minor problems in the Pinaret d'Elies area and in the Camí de Gandía.

Neighbors of San Andrés group have seen affected by the rains, as it has accumulated so much water that access to housing was very difficult.

orange alert will be active until the morning 12 8 September Tuesday, and until then an accumulation of rains of up to 100 liters per square meter is expected.
