This Thursday, 15 of February, starts in Dénia the XII Tapa Route organized by GuíaME Comunicació with the collaboration of Turismo Dénia and the Association of Hospitality and Tourism Entrepreneurs of the Marina Alta (AEHTMA), which will be held until March 11.
In this new edition, following the proposal of AEHTMA, the number of participants has been limited to 40. The establishments that participate in this XII Tapas Route of Dénia are: Al Natural, Amazing, Amazona's, Amigourmet, Bonanza, Bavaria Braü, Bocafí, Bodegas Galiana, Bonanotte, Cal Barri, Casa Benjamín, The singing, El Comercio, El Convent, The Jamonal of Ramonet, The Marine Port, the Mosset, the redoli, El Tomillar by Jose Luis, Entre Aromas, Havannah, La Cornamusa, Cova Tallà, Quarantine, La Cuina de Pepa, La Llauradora de Loreto, Lizarrán, More than Tapes, Southern inn, Mr. Fisher, Pointer, Tasca Ramonet, Tavern Glorieta, Tapes of the Port, Tasca Eulalia, Tasca la Carme, Tasca les Monges, Taverna els Cosins, Tempura, Txoko Bar.
Awards for establishments and the public
The Tapas Route rewards both the catering establishments and the public that participates. In this 12 edition, the prizes to be distributed increase thanks to the involvement of new collaborators. For example, the venue whose cover is the winner of the first prize of the Route, will receive as a prize a trip to Ibiza for two people sponsored by the Association of Merchants and Entrepreneurs Dénia and a lunch or dinner tasting by courtesy of restaurant Mena. The second classified, on the other hand, will receive as a gift a selection of vintage handmade vermouth Vermell, official vermú of the Ruta de la Tapa de Dénia.
Likewise, the AEHTMA award will be awarded to the best cover chosen by a technical jury, consisting of a commemorative plaque and the overnight stay of a hotel and breakfast at the hotel. The Font d'Alcalà of Alcalà de la Jovada, which in this edition also includes dinner at the establishment.
Turismo Dénia has also increased the prize awarded to the best tapa made with local produce and, together with the commemorative plaque, will reward the winning establishment with a haute cuisine gastronomic experience in Dénia for two people.
The Tapas Route also rewards the participating public by raffling several prizes among those who have filled out and delivered their valuation passport with a minimum of 15 rated caps. The raffle prizes are a tapas dinner for two people in the restaurants that have obtained the first and second prize of the route, in the premises awarded by AEHTMA and in the winner of the Dénia Tourism Award and a hotel night, with dinner and breakfast for two people in the Hotel Los Angeles, courtesy of AEHTMA. Also, a gift card from the shopping center will be raffled Portal de la Marina value of 500 euros among the drivers who have scored the 40 covers of the Route through the App "Rutappa" and a selection of two bottles of Vintage vermouth.
