Lex Forum Dénia Foundation brings together the elite in the field of justice in Spain in a conference on the reform of the Penal Code and Criminal Procedure Act, with the participation of personalities such as the president of the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court, Manuel Marchena and Judge of the High Court and member of the General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ), Fernando Great.
The conference will take place on Friday June 26, in the Auditorium of the Real Club Nautico de Denia. The opening of the same will be borne by the Deputy Minister of Justice, Áurea Roldán, and the Dean of the Bar Association of Alicante, Fernando Candela, who will be accompanied by the director of the Foundation Lex Forum Dénia, Enrique Sastre.
Again, Lex makes Dénia Forum in the capital of debate about one of the basic pillars of our society, in this case of justice, with the assistance of the most prestigious judges, prosecutors and professors in the country. The conference will offer a round table on the impact on society of the reform of the Criminal Code, in which Fernando Grande-Marlaska, Prosecutor Elena Domínguez, the Chief of Courts of the newspaper 'La Razón', Fernando Velasco, the Chief Inspector will participate of the National Police Corps, Julio Saavedra, and the Lieutenant Colonel of the Civil Guard and Head of the Department of Technical and Operational Support, Luis Vallés.
In addition, various conferences cover topics such as criminal responsibility for legal persons or reforming the Criminal Procedure Act in new technologies.
