Lex Forum debate today on maritime and port sector

La Maritime station welcomes the Day today "The Maritime and Port Sector: keys in the reactivation of the Spanish Economy" in order to discuss and esrudiar the future of the port sector and its role in reviving the economy when entering into force the new state and regional regulations that are being processed.

Future State Maritime Navigation Law, which will repeal the Book III of the Commercial Code of 1885 by which still governed Spain and modify many of today's most appropriate to reality regulations by others, and the Draft Law on Ports, which establish the port organization of the Generalitat and regulate planning, construction, management, operation and discipline on ports, will be the focal points of the discussions of the day.

For this occasion, the foundation has experts such as the president of Puertos del Estado-Ministerio de Fomento, José Llorca; the professor of Administrative Law and founding partner of Ariño y Villar Abogados, Gaspar Ariño; the president of ANAVE, Adolfo Utor; the president of the Port Authority of Valencia, Rafael Aznar; the president of MSC Spain, Francisco Lorente; the general director of Merchant Marine, Rafael Rodríguez Valero; the lawyer and titular member of the International Maritime Committee, Eduardo Albors; the national deputy and president of the Transport Commission of the PP, Andrés Ayala; the national deputy of PSOE, José Segura; the general director of ANAVE, Manuel Carlier, and the general secretary of ANEN, Carlos San Lorenzo.

Will be the director of the foundation, Enrique Sastre, who welcome by the Director of Transport and Logistics of the Generalitat Valenciana, Carlos Eleno. Then Secretary of State for Infrastructure, Transport and Housing of the Ministry of Development, Rafael Catalá Polo, will open the day and after an intense day of talks, will be closed by the Regional Minister for Infrastructure, Planning and Environment, Isabel Bonig.
