This Sunday, 1 of October, and coinciding with the celebration of the Fira de Gandía in the capital of La Safor, the 16 municipalities that form the Ruta dels riuraus full Marina Alta they will carry the Scheldt Pansa until the Plaza del Prado Gandiense.
Specifically, the route dels riuraus is planning the installation of 6 exhibition shafts with photographs and tokens of all the members of the route, among them Rótova, recently incorporated and precisely belongs to
the region of La Safor, as well as an informative table of the route, and the diffusion of a flyerspecially edited for the occasion.
In addition to the information, members of the route have given out mistelas, wines and raisins for tasting the general public, in order to promote and publicize the gastronomy and the native products derived from muscatel: mistela riurau and muscat white wine of Xaló, and raisins of Ovidi of LLiber.
During the day, l'escaldá, so the Ruta dels Riuraus will have a boiler, cash, hurdles, pilons and raïm de moscatell, as well as the clothing of the work in the field, reviving the technique of scalding, scaling, stacking and to triage the pass, for which will be used moscatell and raisins of Jesus Poor.
Those attending the Fira de Gandía, and especially the space destined to the route dels riuraus will be able to know the typical clothing of the agricultural work, the scalding process and its tools, as well as the raw material of the grape moscatell and the final result, without forgetting the broths, mistelas and doubloons of gold that will delight the cultural, tourist and gastronomic promotion.
