This weekend the athlete Laurence Rastell, belonging to the Athletics Club Baleària Diànium was the best in the Veteran B category of the Spanish Snowshoe Racing Championship.
A result that caused great joy for this athlete despite the fact that due to her condition as a French athlete she could not get on the podium or pick up her medal that credits her as the best of Spain in her category. They are things of the regulation, that do not tarnish the great race realized by Rastell. Laurence was the best of Veteranas B with a time of 1: 21.39, improving his previous mark in nothing more nor less than 3 minutes.

The 110 entered the Championship took the exit at 15 hours with unusual temperatures for the beginning of March. Sun, heat and a lot of fans marked a day to remember in Picos de Europa.
