The city council of Dénia informs that the company Iberdrola will begin to install new meters in the dianenses houses that will be borne by the company and that are part of the intelligent network project.
The new meters, belonging to the STAR system (System of Telemanagement and Network Automation), offer advantages such as the possibility of reading energy remotely, receiving users the invoice on a monthly basis, repairing faults faster, greater control of light ups and downs or extend the power if the installation allows it.
Next Monday will begin notifying Iberdrola homes day and time in which their workers will proceed to make the change and everything needed to carry it out. During the change it will be necessary to cut supply about 15 minutes.
Notably, to prevent fraud, Iberdrola technicians will duly accredited and uniformed and under no circumstances ask for cash, checking or additional numbers.
