The veteran team of Boga Marina El Portet won the bronze medal in the Spain championship Yola + 4 held in the waters of Gandia.
The paddlers of Dianense team did a great race in the final, rowed his best pace and perfectly leveraging each tacking to consolidate third place they occupied after the first of the three ciabogas made. Boga Marina El Portet crossed the finish line in third place behind the winners, the Club Mediterranean Malaga and second-placed Club Náutico Campello.
The women's veteran team formed it; Susana Mut, Doris Müller, Vicki Varela and Ulla Heim, with Raúl Andrade at the helm and Raquel Giménez.
The dianenses coach said after the final that "We had marked discrete when debutantes in this championship goals. We were looking to improve and gain vital experience for future editions and have largely exceeding targets with the two teams. The girls have bogado as authentic experts, controlling throughout the race and not letting carried away to be rowing podium position, worked until the last shovelful excellently".
The team of veterans formed by Patxi Mata, Angel Colás, Rafael de Bustamante and Julián Rodríguez with Raúl Andradre at the helm and Daniel Perez Took the seventh place in the final B. Veterans, being a team formed at the last moment, have been improving with each exit to the water, finally improving their time in 35 seconds from the `first qualifying round to Sunday's final.
