D * na Restaurant tapas: where to order them and how much they cost

The D * na Restaurant starts on Saturday, December 2 in Dénia. This new format of the D * na Festival, more adapted to the current healthcare context, promises to bring local gastronomy closer to the people, and the people to the hoteliers, because this year that is what the event is about: inviting people to enter the restaurants.

Although the main dishes are restaurant menus and program of workshops, conferences and round tablesOn this occasion, the bars will have a great role in offering tapas specially created for the appointment. Here is the list of participating venues and what is their offer:

Quarantine

  • Top:Traditional Valencian lunch, with its pickles. Price: 7€.
  • Top:Candied artichoke top. Price: 8€.

Casa Benjamin

  • Top:Sea salad with pickles. Price: 6€.
  • Top:Marinated slave-sangs. Price: 12€.

Cata's Bar

  • Top: The tasting and the sea (milk, bone juice, discarded fish and marine pickles). Price: 13,50€. Pairing: Curii “One night and one day”, 100% Mediterranean Giró by Guitérrez de la Vega (€ 4).
  • Top:Tardor (artichokes, autumn bulbs, salted fish, yolk and autumn truffle). Price: 11,50€. Pairing: "Tío Raimundo", Muscat veil 2016 by Guitérrez de la Vega (€ 6).

GRBDBACK

  • Top:Figatell de Domingo with coconut sauce and touches of citrus, spinach and mushrooms dressed in a dried fruit vinaigrette accompanied by red vermouth "Descaro" from Nodus. Price: Tapa + vermouth € 8.
  • Top:Agricultural gyozas with freeze-dried raspberry sobrasada and lime, accompanied with “Descaro” white vermouth from Nodus, Price: Tapa + vermouth € 8.

  • Top:Homemade "figatell" coca. Price: 2,8€.
  • Top: Homemade sausage Coca from the Marina. Price: 1,5€.

  • Top:Fish fritters from the bay. Price: 8€.
  • Top:Grilled or battered tótena. Price: 8€.

Magallanes

  • Lunch:Homemade bread toast with Valencian tomato, oil and “capellanet”. Price: 4,5€.

Ostrarium Bar

  • Top:Red prawn rice and octopus from Dénia with robellones. Price: 8€.
  • Top:Sauteed snow peas with green oyster and papaya granita. Price: 4,5€.

Land of Taste

  • Top:Bao bread stuffed with cuttlefish with soft aioli mayonnaise. Crispy dacsa coca with confit artichoke, crispy ham and mullet roe crumbs. Price: € 5 (cover and drink).
