All the failures from Dénia will live tonight one of its most exciting moments of the year with the election of its new top representatives, who will take over from Amparo Petrie and Neus Suárez as major falleras of the city.
At the 19: 00 hours open the voting in the plenary hall of the City. The eleven presidents of the 2020 faults can vote, one delegate for each fault, seven members of the Local Board Fallera and the major falleras of Dénia 2019. The party councilor also has the right to vote Óscar Mengual, and the mayor and born chairman of the Board, Vicent Grimalt, but both decided, at the beginning of the legislature, not to exercise this right.
This year there is the circumstance that there are only two candidates for a major faller in Dénia, so voters must only enter a ballot in the envelope. On the contrary, for the election of the greater infantile faller of Dénia, they will have to introduce two ballots.
Dénia 2020's candidates for children's fallera are Martina Gimeno Estévez (Falla Diana); Cynthia Sendra Martínez (Falla Darrere del Castell); Yaiza Serrano Moll (Falla Saladar); Alma Miralles Pedrós (Falla Les Roques) and Alicia Guardiola Morera (Falla Baix la Mar). The candidates for fallera mayor of Dénia 2020 are Safir Malonda Costa (Darrere del Castell Fault) and Raquel Llobell Ivars (Saladar Fault). Along with them will be, forming part of the court of honor, Elena Puig Pastor (Paris Falla Pedrera) and Ainhoa Gamero Pereira (Falla Saladar).
After the call to the chosen ones, scheduled for the 20: 45 hours approximately, the nomenament and imposition of bands will be held in the ground floor of the Town Hall.
