La Xara, Benimaquia and Coll de Pous, the destinations of the first 'Family Excursion' of 2019

After the Christmas break, the program Family trips He has resumed the activity with a route to discover the Mediterranean forest at Montgó.

The start was made last Sunday with 25 participants, who traveled on the FGV bus to Xara, where they walked through the Joan Baptiste Basset park and visited the carob tree and the pine forest. The excursion continued along the Benimaquia path until reaching Coll de Pous, one of the best preserved wooded areas in the Montgó Natural Park, then descending towards La Pedrera, passing through the green area of ​​the same name and the Ginjoler until reaching the urban center of Dénia.

The next appointment of Excursions in Family will be the 3 of February and will cross the landscapes with almond blossoms of the Valley of Laguar.
