01 December 2014 - 14: 03

December has started badly for the city of Denia to know that UNESCO has not appointed Creative City of gastronomy. The three populations that are incorporated as creative cities in the culinary category are; Tsuruoka (Japan), Shunde (China) and Florianópolis (Brazil).

Hard blow for the tourist sector of the region of the Marina Alta, who had placed great hopes in a project that represented great support for the city of Dénia as a tourist destination. Now all that remains is to wait for the next call to try to get her appointed again.
