Interpretation Center Montgo in Bosc DianaIt has received this weekend a new day dedicated to birds and their environment, by the specialized company in the middle Magic & Nature. The activity, aimed at the whole family and focused on the problem of electrocution of birds, was a great success of participation, and it was necessary to expand the number of places provided.
The day began with a session of scientific ringing hand bird expert and biologist Francisco Atiénzar, where attendees had the opportunity to anneal to various species, such as the Sardinian warbler, the robin, the common sparrow or the European agateador .
It continued with a talk-colloquium, conducted by the expert Antonio Castle, in which the attendees learned about the threats that electrical installations produce on birds, which due to their high mortality are one of the causes that lead to the imbalance of our ecosystems. An educational gymkhana was also held for the little ones. The day ended with a picnic.
